WHO ARE WE?

Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti is an initiative of young professionals from the Education & Skill Development industry who share a common desire to bring about social change by empowering the unemployed and out-of-work youth by training them on vocational skills to make them ‘Eduployable’ [Educated + Employable].

This endeavor in turn, is aimed at giving a huge boost to the up scaling economy of the nation by making available, much-needed skilled manpower to the job market.

Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti was launched in 2014, and over a small time has successfully delivered in the vocational skills space leading to employment for hundreds. The organization’s Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti goal has evolved to make self-sufficient, the youth from smaller cities and towns of India who may have completed basic education, but have limited or no skills to make them employable. Many of these boys and girls are forced to seek employment in the larger towns and cities far from their families and support systems and often in unorganized sectors where there is no growth in career or salaries.

Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti provides innovative educational & Vocational solutions for governments across the states to help them address key education challenges like Accessibility, Mobilization, Increasing Employability, and Enhancing Learning Experience and Literacy. Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti offerings are based on the belief that there is a strong need to revolutionize the key building blocks of vocational education - Training, Learning, Assessment, and Employability & Capacity Building. Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti has been successful in helping various governments achieve their objectives. We at Shaikshik Evam Sanskritik Vikas Samiti believe that “We Are One” in our pursuit to find meaning and solutions to the complex and myriad nature of Skilling the people.

OUR OBJECTIVES

To dedicate and exclusively work for the rural health especially for children.

To continuously strive hard for providing basic health services in the remote rural areas absolutely free of cost to the poor and those from weaker sections of the society below poverty level having an income of less than Rs. 50,000/- p.a.

To provide possible para clinical services to remote villages school.

To serve and distribute free of cost medicines to targeted school children.

PROJECT CURRENTLY UNDERWAY

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY2.0)

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industryrelevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

NABARD Projects

NABARD works towards uplifting the rural and agricultural sectors and prepares grounds for rural and social innovations. It plays an important role in framing development initiatives for our country’s rural sector industry, cottage industry, and small-scale industries. It re-invests the profits earned through developmental spending towards research activities to frame better development initiatives for rural and agricultural fields.

Samarth an Initiative By Ministry Of Textiles

'Samarth'- Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector: ... The broad objective of the new scheme is to skill the youth for gainful and sustainable employment in the textiles sector covering the entire value chain of textiles, excluding spinning and weaving.

Day National Urban Livelihood Mission ( Day- NULM)

DAY-NULM with an aim to uplift the urban poor folks by enhancing sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development. Keeping in view the objective of Make in India, Skill Development is essential for socio economic betterment. DAYNULM was launched under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (HUPA).

Nai Roshni ( Ministry Of Minority Affairs)

For women empowerment, Ministry started “Nai Roshni”, a Leadership Development Programme for Minority Women . The objective of the scheme is to empower and instil confidence among minority women, including their neighbours from other communities living in the same village/locality, by providing knowledge, tools and techniques for interacting with Government systems, banks and other institutions at all levels.

Hunar Se Rozgar ( Ministry Of Tourism)

The Government of India, Ministry of Tourism launched a special training initiative for creation of employable skills amongst youth belonging to economically weaker strata of the society. The basic objective was to reduce, through this initiative, the skill gap that affected the hospitality and tourism sector. Another objective was to put in place a dispensation to ensure that the economic benefit of a growing tourism reached the poor.

Seekho Aur Kamao ( Ministry of Minority Affairs)

Skill Development of Minorities – ‘Learn and Earn’. The scheme is provided by the Ministry of Minority Affairs for all Minority communities. Users can get details of the scheme objectives, scope, eligibility, beneficiary, application procedure, funding pattern, components, etc. Details about skill training programme, training programme for traditional trades, placement and post placement support, etc. are also available.

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojna( DDUGKY) Ministry of Rural Development

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) aims to skill rural youth who are poor and provide them with jobs having regular monthly wages or above the minimum wages. It is one of the cluster of initiatives of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India that seeks to promote rural livelihoods. It is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM).

Recognition of Prior Learning ( RPL) by NSDC

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide recognition to the informal learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of education. It aims to appreciate prior learning irrespective of the medium of achieving it. In short, RPL is a process of assessment of an individual’s prior learning to give due importance to learning as an outcome rather than learning as process.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" can be referred as corporate initiative to assess and take responsibility for the company's effects on the environment and impact on social welfare. The term generally applies to companies efforts that go beyond what may be required by regulators or environmental protection groups.
